online wilife is working or is dead ?

Since ever I was unable to see the video online

It says = temporary offline please try later 

On the online tab it says router is ok but cannot connect

What is the problem ?

It works or it is never working ?

I have been having the same problem with both my Wilife Platinum and Commander systems. Platinum is inoperable and my Commander cameras are not picking up any stimuli whatsoever.

Only our Wilife Online website is down right now. I am able to see both my Alert cameras online.

Looks like there are some interesting problems with the site. 

 

First, the domain registrtion for wilife.com expired on January 28th 2012

 

Second, a dns lookup of online.wilife.com results in "can't find online.wilife.com: Non-existent domain.

 

Third, a dns lookup of www.wilife.com results in

 

Non-authoritative answer:

Aliases:  www.wilife.com

 

Going to the IP directly gives you a "sorry the site is not currently available."

Ok moderator, you directed us paying customers to another thread that isn't being actively monitored, and no one from Logitech is answering any questions.  You know this has destroyed my confidence in Logitech.  And I'll bet I speak for others.
