"Invalid Video Path - Your Wilife video path of could not be found" Can not record anything

I have used this software for some time on windows 7 with no real problems, now for some reason it lost my "video path" in the "Command Centre Disk Usage". I enter a video path, then the software restarts and no path is stored.

 

Any ideas?

 

I have uninstalled the software, restarted software, unplugged it all and restarted.... Please help as its hopeless if I can't record.

Where are you attempting to save video to? Is it a network or external hard drive?
