For all users of Logitech’s WiLife branded video security systems, we have a huge apology. Due to a clerical error, the domain name www.wilife.com temporarily expired . We are working feverishly to get it renewed. Service will be restored immediately after that. We’ll keep you posted here.

If that is indeed the case, why the long delay? I'm a developer with many personal domains with godaddy, network solutions, and a couple more registrars....and I can have one up from scratch in very short order. Did someone sneak in and buy it out from under or something when it expired?

Perhaps we need to face the truth - they ain't supporting Wilife anymore.  They want us all to upgrade to the Alert system.  I have no other possible explanation.  No way any company the size and stature of Logitech would let a web site domain name expire.

Logitech - prove me wrong and get this working again.

Thank Goodness for TeamViewer, not matter how many times or for how long Wilife goes down, i can still view my home cameras from work and with my iPhone, but it sure is more convienent for Wilife to be working, but lately that seems to be less and less.

Do a search for Blue Iris.  Its software with similiar features as CC and you view direct thru your own computer.

A, when I spoke to Go Daddy yesterday they said you haden't renewed your domain and it was still in expired status.

B,  It doesn't take 3 days to renew..... It can be done in very short order.  Please tell us what's really going on.

TeamViewer is similar to LogMeIn, isn't it? I agree - it's a lifesaver in the present situation.

Someone with a wonky moral compass obviously managed to sneak in and buy the wilife url whilst Logitech were looking the other way. I wouldn't be surprised if it proves to be one of their own employees in some far-flung part of the world. Logitech will simply need to work out the least expensive option - paying said individual whatever they're asking or refunding a pack of angry WiLife Platinum subscribers in full, and pronto.
