Re: wilife.com outage status thread

Still no go for me in Sydney Australia. Waiting...

An email response I received from tech support mentioned a free trial of Platinum when the system comes back up. This would be an excellent thing to offer as an olive branch to upset customers and may result in more subscribers for Logitech if the service works well.

How long would the free trial go for?

How can the trial be organised?

Re: wilife.com outage status thread

you need to go to http://online.wilife.com NOT www.wilife.com

Re: wilife.com outage status thread

I think I figured it out.  I was at work and could reach online.wilife.org and I assumed I could at home as well, but now that I am home I get godaddy.   So that explains why I cannot connect from command center.  Makes me feel better to understand why.

Re: wilife.com outage status thread

Hello!

Now that everything seems to be back up is anyone else having troubles viewing their cameras once logged in?

I am showing mine are on line and when I click on any of my cameras the window is not opening to show the cameras video!

Everything was working fine prior to the outage!

I tried both browsers, Firefox and IE and it makes no difference.

Re: wilife.com outage status thread

Hello jdp06,

See if you can clear the cache and cookies from your Brower and try loading it again.

From IE/fire fox, do the following  :

 1, Tool>Internet Options>Browsing History

 2, Clear Cache, Cookies,Temp Files

 3, Click on Apply

4, Close the entire Browser down and open a new one

Attempt to go to http://online.wilife.com and see if you can log in and see your camera(s)

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,
