I havent been able to see video for some time (Firefox), but just noted that switching to relay mode might help. I did that and it worked immediately. I have now switched back to direct mode and it stops working again?? How do I get this to work in Direct mode please?

Yes, but in this thread CatLogitech advised to do just that?? How do I know how your system works and if it's out or not. Bottom lin is, can't access the system and now it's still not working - when will it work as it should?? I did send a support request through btw, a week later I'm still waiting to hear from someone.

My videos wont load. I'm trying to view remotely and it never goes past 35% buffering??? No answer on your support line. What's going on?

I am sorry to hear you were nto getting an answer on our phones the other day. I was not in that day so I cannot comment why that might have been, but more then likely the lines were busy. Are you able to view your videos now? Have you tried to view using relay mode?

Still cant view. I'm in relay mode. Doesn't go past 33% loaded.
