This is all I get now and no live video....

Hello ovrthtop,

 

We have had a couple of reports of this. Our Tier 2 agents are looking more into this and I will let you know when I get an update.


As for the other issue, what type of internet do you have at the camera's location?

Still wont load recored video past 35% and NO live video..... IT's been doen for another 5 days after being down a week last month.   What's going on?  Why doesn't this service work?

System will not allow access via your website. Does this really work? Getting same errors as everybody else.

Hey BlackDog66,

 

 What is the exact error message that you are receiving? Are you using Direct or Relay? What is the status of your online connection on your Command Center?

 

 If you are using Direct, try using Relay. It normally works. Also try cleaning the cache, history and temp files from your browser and relaunch another browser and try to see if you can see your Camera(s).
