I can't view my cameras remotely. I'm stuck on Connecting....
Please look into this issue.

Hello plomaris,
Are you able to see the camera on your Computer? Can I get you to check and make sure that your Camera's are infact connected to the internet under the Online tab. Check to see what you see for status.
Also, check to see if you can disconnect and reconnect to the internet under the same tab.
If you are able to see the camera on the computer and the online status reads "Connected, relay/direct mode capable", try the following :
1, Clear the cache, cookies, temp files and history from your browser
2, Apply the changes and close out of the entire browser
3, Open up a brand new browser and attempt to see if you can re-login into online.wilife.com and see your camera.

okay, it looks like a problem with my remote pc (Windows 7). i pulled it up remotely on another PC (XP) and it works fine.
thanks for the help. looks like i have to diagnose the issue with my pc then. maybe silverlight got uninstalled or something?
I'll try the steps you outlined and see what happens.
