Hi I have an outdoor system with 3 cameras. I just picked up a new indoor camera model number CLC 110i with a model number CPS-220i-A power unit and the cord to connect them. My system isn't finding it. Do I have something compatible or should I return it? Thanks

Hello imakcold,
Do apologize for the delay in response.
What kind of Software are you running for your older Camera ? Does it say "Wilife Command Center or Alert Commander"?
If it says "Wilife Command Center", check the following :
1, Check to ensure that the Software on your Computer is updated and is current. The current software is 2.5 968
2, Check to ensure that you are not running any Anti Virus Softwares or Firewalls that might block your Camera
a, If you do have any anti virus softwares or firewalls, disable them including your windows firewall
3, On the Indoor Camera, check to see if it is plugged in properly and getting Power
4, Reset the Camera using a Paper Clip until all the lights goes out and starts flashing again
5, From the Commander Software, try to search for your Camera and re-find them.
If it says "Alert Commander" , the CLC 110i camera is not compatible and hence you will not be able to find it and see it on the Alert Commander Software.
Hope this helps.
Let us know how it goes.

If none of the above works, try taking the new camera and plugging it into the same outlet as one of your outdoor cameras and see what happens.
The system has to all be on the same circuit in your house.
If none of any of this helps the camera is probably bad.

I pushed the reset button on the bottom of the indoor camera as per the instruction page. Something I should have read before posting my question. The camera is working fine. Thanks for the reply.
