I own one of these keyboards. It worked perfectly right out of the box. That is, until yesterday. I tried to use it for Monster Hunter Tri, like I always do. I turned it on, indicator light flashed, and I began the game. For some reason the keyboard would not respond. I instantly checked other programs (Internet Channel, Message Board, Animal Crossing: City Folk) and it would not work either. After noticing the box contained no troubleshooting paperwork, I headed to Logitech's site. I almost regret that. Based on what I have been reading, Logitech has yet to acknowledge the keyboard failing as a problem. Search for yourself; there are quite a few topics about this same problem. Worse yet is the fact that it also seems Logitech doesn't even support this keyboard anymore. I have no way of proving this but, I'll believe it until they provide more than "Replace batteries and try the sync button." Logitech, I swear by you from an electronics viewpoint. You have made some of the best in class keyboards and mice I've ever used. I was similarly impressed with the keyboard made for my Wii. Please, don't let this taint your reputation with myself and others. Look into this problem; help us fix it. I don't want to buy a different keyboard. Your design choice is awesome and suits my needs exactly. Give us some full support.
