I am considering getting the Speed Force Wireless. It is advertised as working with Need for Speed Undercover, but I have seen reports that it works with some other titles (may not utilize all features of the wheel, but still works). I am wondering if it is possible to use the wheel with a PC. I don't even care about the force feedback on the PC games, I just want to know if it will do the standard wheel funtcions on a pc.
Thanks for your input!

Thanks, Charles. I am interested to see if it works.
Can you confirm if you know of any other wii games it will work with other than NFS? (Realizing others may not fully utilize all features of the wheel.)

Things got a little hectic yesterday ![]()
The Wii and PS3/PC consoles handle HID input differently. The PC and PS3 depend on HID, and the Wii depends on it's Wiimotes. Since the PCs and PS3s depend on an industry standard, most games support most wheels. On the Wii, the concept of using USB race feedback wheels is new. We have an SDK, and while I'm not sure of the specifics of the availability to the developers, it does exist. Unfortunately, since this wheel functions in an entirely seperate way from other Wii games, we have to wait and see if developers will issue updates to their games.

Hi
Any news about the SDK?I have one speed force wireless for wii, when i connect it to my pc, it shows up as HID but does not send any recognizable event to windows. It should be possible maybe with a firmware upload. What do you think? Or is there any way for a driver to work? I also installed logitech gaming software which recognizes the wheel as wii cordless wheel.
