Wii Keyboard instructions

I just got a Logitech Wii keyboard. At first glance, it has a quality appearance. I was disapointed that it had no instructions at all - just a quick start sheet that was next to worthless. I put the batteries in, connected the receiver to the Wii USB port and turned the keyboard on. Nothing I could figure out made the Wii turn on, so I had to do it with the console button. Then I couldnt figure out how to navigate the Wii menue, leaving me no choice but to use the Wii handheld controller. As it turned out, the keyboard was on - which wasnt obvious because the green light by the switch goes of after a couple of seconds. I have just gotten the keyboard, and there may be some things I havent figured out, but I cant find an 'enter' button. The return key says enter, but it acts as a return, leaving an arrow and dropping a line when you hit it. I also cant figure out what the little push button underneath the keyboard is for. As it stands, it looks like I have to have the keyboard AND the handheld controller to do anything. If somebody can tell me what any of the keys do - other than type a letter or number - I would appreciate it. Is there a guide somewhere?

Re: Wii Keyboard instructions

Ditto. I have the exact same question. The keyboard seems pretty useless if the only thing it does it enter letters and then you have to use the remote to "enter" and navigate everything else. I was searching for some instructions also when I came across this post. I don't see any answers though. Does anyone know how to use this keyboard, or can you point me to a place where there are directions for its use?

I am quite disappointed right now. I really hope this keyboard does more than it seems.

Re: Wii Keyboard instructions

Nope, you got it. That's all it does. I searched and searched around the internet to find out the same answers you are looking for.   There is no booklet, no instructions, and all you can use it for is to enter letters and numbers. Everything else is done by the Wii Remote. It is better than having to sit there and hunt and peck letters and numbers with the remote control, but not much better. Hoefully, in the future Logitech will develop other things for it to do as well.

Re: Wii Keyboard instructions

Use Alt+Enter to send or go to.

Enter alone will act as a return.

Re: Wii Keyboard instructions

Keyboard works for keyboard functions, Wii-mote works for mouse functions.

Unfortunately beyond that, I don't believe there is an instruction booklet available anywhere.
