All the previous vewrsions of this software had a "mute" button so the microphone stopped broadcasting

This version has no mute button so you are always broadcasting sound whether u want to or not

I have people doing customer support and a room full of Pro9000s that are now useless

The old versions worked well on W7 but trying to load them now has a mando error message saying that it is the wrong software

Is there a mute button somewhere that I can't find? Or is this a bag of bolts?

Have the controls showing.  Click on the microphone symbol just above the resolution setting.  That will mute you.
