I just received a new illuminated keyboard and MX1100 mouse. Beautiful hardware! Installed Setpoint 4.80 after using the keyboard and mouse without drivers and only the mouse tab comes up on Setpoint. I am running Win7 64bit and installed the Vista 64bit driver.

I'm having the same problem but with the 1500 rechargable desktop. It shows the mouse but no keyboard tab. The keyboard seems to work alright but can't configure the custom buttons though they seem to work with the default settings. I just updated to Setpoint 4.80 hoping that would fix it but no go.
