I'am getting a yellow error message in the "other" device area in my system file when I try to install

the transmitter it does show up as connected but the receiver does not respond. I'am running XP SP2

with all updates applied. The remote works with my PC. I have tried to reinstall many times but still get

the error in the system listing.
