Wireless DJ - Hardware

I've had the Wireless DJ Music System for well over a year and it has been working fine. Yesterday, it stopped mid song and I noticed that the red light was on the receiver. I have tried:

- unplugging and reconnecting the receiver
- running set up and troubleshoot connection to try and restore the connection
- reinstalling the latest version of the Streampoint software

None of these have worked and it just goes back to the flashing red light.

Any more ideas?

This just happened to me as well. I have also tried uninstalling the USB driver and having Vista automatically re-detect it. Mine is on a solid red light, not flashing, but alas there is no blue to be seen.

Unfortunately in another forum I saw that this product is no longer supported. I have no high hopes for finding a solution.

Yeah mine is a solid red light too. I think I must've been mistaken.

I've pretty much given up on it now unless anyone's got any bright ideas!
