The system was working great untill recently it stopped streaming. It seems that the USB transmitter is not working. The streampoint wizard says it is not connected. Yet when I plug in the USB the computer reconises it and the light on the transmitter is powered blue. I have tried all the obvious things. I have tried different ports. I have reinstalled the software (from website and disc) and the reinstalled usb drivers. I noted there are a lot of instances of this problem in the forum. I have tried all suggestions mentioned in the comments to no avail. I have emailed at length with logitech and they just go throught all the things I have already done. Does anyone have any idea what I can do or have I bought a product that does not do what it advertises it can do. It seems no one has had their problem solved?!!!!
