Hi,
I'm having exactly the same issues. The connection is so inconsistent. It works one day, not the next. I am really losing my patience with it. If I manage to get it to work and turn of my PC, I lose the lot.
SP s/w does not always show the icon in the system tray.
Why does support always suggest it's a USB issue. Surely everyone around the world can't have faulty USB ports? It must be the hardware/software as this is the common demoninator.
I have tried re-installing the software (during a clean boot). It is really getting to me know.
Can anyone help??

I'm in the exact same boat here, my wireless DJ worked great for a few weeks (I even bought another one). Did this issue ever come to a resolution? Cruising the other threads my guess would be no.

Hi,
Sorry for not responding sooner. I would like you to follow the suggestions in both the links that I have provided you with. If the suggestions in the first link does not resolve your issue, please reconnect the Music Receiver with the USB Music Transmitter.

I installed my system yesterday and updated the software/drivers. It worked for 24 hours. Now my computer wont recognize the transmitter. I reinstalled the software. Nothing. Tried it on another computer. Nothing. Checked all my USB drivers. Nothing. I am running Streampoint 1.5.744.1 on my XP Pro IBM Thinkpad. What can I do other than return the system?

I installed my system some months ago and worked fine. Now, I was moving to other city and re-connected my computer devices again... and... wont recognize the transmitter. I reinstalled the software several times, connect it on another computer and nothing.

luislenk: good luck with getting an answer. I have heard nothing from Logitech on the forum. I have spoken with their customer support by phone multiple times...but since they have nothing helpful to say my transmitter has now been sitting in a box for over 8 months. i have received no help, no replacement. the wireless DJ should be pulled from the market.

Hi,
My WDJ has mysteriously started to work again.
I did have a similar problem with my TomTom and they supplied me with a 'flash program' that cleared all USB history/memory; and that also worked. Can Logitech do the same?
All I need to now is to cure the annoying 'drop outs' that are happening. Songs stutter or go quiet for periods. It's embarrasing when you have guests in the house as they sit and take the p*ss out of 'my latest gadget'!
Arggghhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!
