iTunes & an "incorrect URl"

My DJ wireless system does not recognize iTunes, every time I try to install iTunes on the system it comes up with the message,"incorrect URl" could someone advise me on how to rectify this problem.

Hi NormK,
Have you tried uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling it? Let me know if you have already tried this step. Which version of the StreamPoint software do you have installed in your system?
