Wireless DJ -Streampoint Software

System: Windows XP, Windows Media Player 10, StreamPoint Version 1.5.744.1

Problem: When accessing the tracks through the "remote control" the error "UnknownPlayer Problem" occurs and no music is play on the HiFi.

Odd is, that the PC mode works fine and the test sound through Strempoint works fine.

Any solution?

I'm adding to this in the hopes that it will get pushed back up the list -

I have had this same problem for several months now, and I've posted messages and contacted Logitech several times, without any response whatsoever.

If there is anyone who knows what is going on it would be very helpful.

I am running the latest Streampoint with windpws XP and WMP11.  Everything worked fine with the same setup a few months ago.
