It seem that Stream Point likes to be loaded last.

Following Settings really helped with MUCH fewer drops

1 - Manual Update of Libs.

2 - DON"T Auto Start Stream Point. Take it out of the Auto Start Up. After Windows loads complete  then Start Stream Point
