Wireless DJ -Streampoint Software

Hi everyone, just updated to the new streampoint software and after installation was complete, I was asked to update the remote firmware. It asked me to press the start page and mute volume switch, which I did. After about 5 seconds got an error message on my PC that the firmware was not successful. The remote display showed "Firmware" and "Press". Nothing works on the remote, couldn't even switch it off. Then after a while I removed the battery, and now nothing works.

What should I do?

I would call Logitech Customer Support. I'm not sure whether you can go back to square one with that handheld, once you started the update.

I contacted Logitech on this one. Got an immediate reply. Two days later my new DJ wireless arrived. Just have to send the defect one back. Great service. That's how it should be. Thank you Logitech. Rob
