User Switching Problem

I have two users set up on my Vista 64-bit system. The Wireless DJ works great from booting up the PC, but after using fast user switching from one user to another, the handset won't connect, and I have to reboot the PC to use the Wireless DJ again on either login.

I understand that if the Wireless DJ is playing, then it will stop when users switch, but surely the whole system shouldn't have to be rebooted? I've tried the home & mute buttons, but it still won't reconnect without a reboot. I'm using the latest firmware update.

Similarly, if the streampoint software is updating the music library on one user login, then switching users while this (lengthy) process is going on, terminates it. The software seems dependent on the user, unlike other software, which happily chugs on doing its business, regardless of user switching. Is there a reason for this?

Re: User Switching Problem

I have a similar problem with a Logitech mouse...whenever I switch users, the keystroke assignments I have programmed for the scroll wheel no longer function.

Re: User Switching Problem

Did anyone receive a solution for this?  I have a new ex110 desktop on a Vista machine with multiple users.  It works fine until you do a switch user or log off; then keyboard and mouse stop responding.  You have to disconnect the USB  to work again (both keyboard and mouse) - and no the connect button does not work.  Im getting really frustrated...did anyone else get theirs working?

Re: User Switching Problem

I have a V220 optical mouse and have connected it to my new laptop, which is running Vista 64.  The mouse works great until I try to switch users, then it completely locks up.  I have to pull the usb receiver and plug back in or completely reboot to get it back.  Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
