Re: How do you play sound from multiple receivers simultaneously?

[ Edited ]

Ahh, now I only have one transmitter and one receiver, and can have music sent to the receiver and different music coming out of the PC speakers. From the Logitech website it says that you can connect more receivers but there is no way to associate a receiver with a particular player. In my case Ihad one player going via the Logitech system and one through the PC speakers that is why it worked for me. Sorry for the confusion

Re: How do you play sound from multiple receivers simultaneously?

I had this as well. You can set Windows media player to play through the receiver and Real Player to play to your PC. It's ok but there's no way to sync them up. I think Logitech has been dishonest with the marketing of this product. I also think they have been lazy in development. I can buy the one receiver at a time as a limitation (although i think it's very disappointing) but I don't see why they had have to shut down the PC music to get their transmitter to work. Can anyone explain that one to me?

Re: How do you play sound from multiple receivers simultaneously?

I have tried using multiple TRANSMITTERS simultaneously with no success. Each transmitter works when used alone. But when multiple transmitters are plugged in to the pc, music is only sent to one receiver. I understand the limitations of bluetooth pairing, but why can't the transmitters be made to function at the same time? Perhaps an OS hack could get this to work.
