Wireless Music System for PC - General Discussion

I have tried to set up my wireless music system as the instruction in the manual, but for the life of me cannot get a blue light on either the transmitter or receiver. When I plug in the transmitter there is an emmediate blue flash, but then it goes to intermitand red and then fixed red. - The sam with the receiver.

Can anyone help?

Do you have any other Bluetooth devices close to the receiver or the transmitter? If you do try moving them away. The other thing you can try is to use the switch at the back of the receiver, it should be in the "variable" position but you could try moving it to "fixed" then press the Connect button on the transmitter, that may clear the problem
