Hi All,
Do you mean that the dongle is not recognized when you plug it in to the computer?
Do you have another computer to try it in? Did you try other USB ports?
What Operating system are you using?
Thank you for your post.

I am having this problem also. The dongle light is blue. The receiver light is blue. However, the audio remains local to my laptop (running Vista). I've tried all 4 USB ports, and the dongle is not recognized. The Music Anywhere app gives a "no transmitter found" window and requests that one be plugged into a USB drive.
I've plugged the dongle into my desktop running XP, and it works fine.

Hi ez,
Vista does not use Music Anywhere software. Go into Device Manager and see if there is anything with a ! by it and delete it. Then scan for new hardware.

I am having this same problem after not using the device for a couple of weeks. All of sudden my pc saus USB transmitter not detected. I have connected it to three different USB ports , the light is blue....nothing. Using Windows XP and it has worked for a year perfectly, up until two weeks ago.

Hi Hei,
I think you will find that the issue is with your Operating System. Either an update for XP or some other "enhancement".
Check device manager under Multimedia, sounds, and see if there is something with a ! by it.
