Wireless Music System F-0414AR, does it really exist?

I can find no reference to the product I need help with on Logitech's site.

have lost all documentation and would like to use this product. Please let me know if y'all know of the set. contains small white transmitter, connects to audio out with small patch mini rca jack. receiver has remote functions, fold down antennae and can feed by stereo connectors L/R or a mini rca patch cable.
