Wireless Music System for PC - General Discussion

Hi,there is a problem with my wireless headphones for pc
I can't charge them.i plug them in the power but the led is blinking orange.
Before the led was solid orange when they are charged,but now is blinking and the headphones are not charged.
What seems to be the problem?
