Freepulse spare parts?

I've lost the flexible piece of plastic that supports the earpiece onto the ear (came off while I was running and disappeared) -- anyone know where I can replace just that small part? What a waste if I can't use this expensive set because of a 10c piece of plastic.

Re: Freepulse spare parts?

I appear to have lost my transmitter..... clearly a stupid thing to do but nonetheless done.

i would like to know if logitech can replace the transitter?

also is there any chance of them creating an accessory to keept eh headphones and the transmitter together so that bits dont fall of and get lost?

Re: Freepulse spare parts?

Hi pra,

Logitech does not sell the transmitter as a spare part. There are no plans to create new parts for this product.
