Wireless Music System for iPod - General Discussion

Is Logitech going to come out with a new Ipod Wireless Music System for the new Ipod Classic 80GB and 160GB? I have the wirelesss music system for the older Ipods and I think it is great. The problem is the transmitter doesn't fit very well on the Ipod Classic. It flops around because the headphone jack is on the side and not in the middle and it is too thick for my 80GB Ipod Classic. Any info on this would be appreciated. Or does anyone have a solution for this?

Is the 'Classic' bluetooth-enabled? In brief, The classic iPods are very unlikely to have any Bluetooth capability in them at all. More, you shoud use bluetoothview to test the activity of Bluetooth devices around you, I thinks this logitech product is developed for use with iPod 3G/4G/mini models.

Hi clay,

The solution for your case would be a short extension cable. A 3.5mm m/f cable would connect the 2 devices and make the connection more secure.

The Wireless Headphone concept is not being developed at this point. No further development of the existing product will be forthcoming.
