Sound Quality

Just got my new Wireless Music System for iPod set up. Both devices have connected and I can hear music!!

However the sound quality is awful, it just sounds like I'm listening to it through a wall.

Any ideas why this might be, of how I can improve it?

Re: Sound Quality

Do you have any other wireless devices within the vicinity?

Re: Sound Quality

I have the same issue: the device works fine but the sound is extremely muffled and bass-heavy. Tried to adjust the EQ on the iPod, and the controls on my stereo receiver, but it still is not acceptable quality. Any suggestions? The only other wireless devices in the house are the computers on my wireless network, but it makes no significant difference whether they are off or on. Thanks.

I wish I had an answer for you, but instead, just a "Here Here!"

I totally agree.  The wireless factor is very nice.  It's not scratchy, no static or anything like that, but sound quality is garbage!  WAAY overpriced in my opinion.  People who like these either have low standards or are listening to audio books or something.  They're no good for music.  Would really like my money back, but I think I'm stuck with them.

I hope I'm wrong and someday happen upon a fix for this, in which case I would apologize for remarks above, but right now these headphones sound like I filled my ears with toothpaste prior to putting the headphones on.  There's no high end.

2 out of 5 stars... that's being generous.
