freepulse wireless headphones

Hi,
I get my headphones from my friend for present.
My problem is that i cant connect the devices eachother, because the headphone light keep being red, without flashing and searching the devices to connect.
I've tried to full charge and reset, but it doesnt work.
What should I do?
It works for 3 weeks and suddenly it stops its function!

Re: freepulse wireless headphones

Hi:
Did you try the reconnecting steps as in the manual.

Reconnecting Steps:
 - Press and hold the power button on the headphones until it flashes red and blue, then release.
 - Repeat for Transmitter.
 - Headphones and transmitter should now take about a minute to become paired.

Let me know how it goes.

Re: freepulse wireless headphones

Hi nex,
Sounds like the headphones are defective. If the LED does not flash, there is no way to reset them.
Please call technical Support for replacements.

Re: freepulse wireless headphones

Start the Headphones first, hold the connect button about 10 -13 seconds until you see the RED and BLUE lights flashing together. Then press the connect button on the adapter until it turns BLUE.  Good to go !!!
