Connectivity Question - connecting to the Internet

I wish to enable the Internet Radio Streaming function within Logitech Squeezecenter software and have a connectivity Question , any help appreciated

Setup as follows

FIRST FLOOR:- DLINK DSL-G624T Wireless ADSL Ethernet Router

*I am using Static IP addresses for the above devices not DHCP

*It is NOT connected to the Internet as and is not near my telephone point downstairs which is where my broadband Internet connection is located.

*Is security encrypted with WPA

I have a QNAP TS119 NAS disk (192.168.0.100) connected via Ethernet -  running Logitech squeezecenter software I have a Logitech Squeezebox receiver connected wirelessly (192.168.0.101) - this is connected to an amplifier and speakers enabling me to listen to the music

The above solution is  great and works fine, however it does not allow the Internet Radio Streaming function within Logitech Squeezecenter software to work as it doesnt see an internet connection

GROUND FLOOR:- Sky Wireless ADSL Ethernet Router  connected to my broadband Interne connection.

*I am using DHCP

*Is security encrypted with WPA

I browse the internet fine with any configured laptop, phone,  etc with this solution.

I wish to enable the Internet Radio Streaming function within Logitech Squeezecenter software

The only way to do this without moving/relocation and reconfig any devices is

for the DLINK device to talk to the NETGEAR device and share its internet connection.

Any suggestions on how to do this really appreciated

I have heard the terms bridging, AP used but any help advice appreciated
