Again there's no connection possible to mysqueezebox.com from germany. Very disapointed. Without that connection its brick-ware.

I am really really pissed off right now. When a single website goes offline all devices everywhere stop working. That is a truly INSANE design! At the very least the devices should cache its information information in case the central server is unreachable. I feel like throwing this thing thru Logitech's front window. Gyyyyaaahhhh!

I honestly thought it was some kind of hardware failure.  But this is because of a website 503 error?  You've got be kidding!

I bought my Squeezebox Boom three weeks ago & absolutely love it.  We were going to give one as a wedding gift, but today's complete failure has made us rethink this.  My wife said, "we can't give this product as a gift -- it's still experimental."

Are you reading this, Logitech?

Maybe it's called a Squeezebox because they see how many users they can squeeze onto their servers before getting some more. I'd be even more pissed off if I'd spent £1,200 on a Logitech Transporter!

I only just bought my Duet system on Friday and I shall be returning it for a refund as its obviously "not fit for purpose". My main use is to stream from the various online services and the apps required to do this do not seem to work with the mysqueezebox.com site being down. As a technology company, Logitech should be ashamed of this current outage which I suspect is capacity related and therefore fully avoidable. 

It begs the question.... what happens if they go under ?  Do our devices become defunct and unusable ? 

Not impressed.

I have had my sqeezebox since Christmas, but I will be returning it.  It is unacceptable to have such bad service.  And they don't even tell you anything on the forum.
