Problem reading on the PC

Once after listening to the music in the room and use the remote, I can not listen to music on my pc.

Could also listen simultaneously, I must reset and if I listen to the pc, I can't use in the rooms.

Thanks you for your help

Re: Problem reading on the PC

you'll need to change you prefered sound card in your audio app, winamp/music Monkey for example :smileyhappy:

The WDJ is basicially a sound card with a specialise piece of comms software, so you can pick and choose at will :smileyhappy:

Shame Logitiech didnt put the same amount of effort into the Wireless DJ & streampoint as this did this forum...

Re: Problem reading on the PC

Mornin' :smileyhappy:

This is going to be a windows problem, rather than the WDJ.

As Far as I know windows only likes to have one 'default' sound card to output to (at once) - and as the WDJ is just a funky USB sound card I dont think you'll have much luck (With out any 3rd party apps anyway)

Any one know any other way, no including passing the "line out" of one into the "line in" of the other! - Thats cheating! :smileyvery-happy:

Re: Problem reading on the PC

I've got Winamp now and was able to get both PC speakers and WDJ working at same time.. unfortunately, NOT playing the PC's output... so frazzzled at this moment that I can't even remember WHAT I did manage it to do.. I had music playing on the WDJ and was able to get *something* out of the PC speakers at same time....

Maybe I'll figure it out yet but geez..... spent a LOT of time on this already!

Again (as I said in another thread) all they'd have had to do is put that mini stereo jack that's on the receiver, on the transmitter and we'd be just fine, as you can always hook that to your PC's powered speaker system and go to town that way...

Nice product, poorly thought through!
