Am trying to set up my new Squeezebox Duet and having problems. Am on Mac OS10.5. Downloaded the Squeezebox Server 7.5.1 software too. The remote finds my wireless router just fine but it stalls when setting up the Receiver. The proper serial or model number for the Receiver shows in the remote when in the set up mode, but when I choose the selection to set it up, the remote indicates that it is connecting to the router, but then there is a message that it cannot set up the Receiver and that I should hold down the button on the front of the Receiver until it blinks. I have done this several times with the same result repeating. Each time the Receiver will show in the Remote but it will not set up. The message on the receiver is "Couldn't connect your Squeezebox to your wireless network etc. Both the Remote and the Receiver are within 8 feet of the router and as noted above the Remote certainly picks it up fine and displays the router name. What can I be missing? Would I be better off in trying to connect Receiver by hardwire ethernet to router? I'd think that if the Remote can find router OK the Receiver should too...
Called Logitech Support but have been on hold forever.
Thanks for any help!
Paul

If it isn't a problem with location or running a super long cable, Ethernet the Receiver. Note it is a completely different setup process though. I would also Email Tech Support to get some guidance if the phone is ending up being a long wait.
