was it working for you before? Just checked and I could play from last.fm just fine on my TOUCH connected via mysb.com. What player are you using, how are you connected, your own Squeezebox Server, the built in server for the touch (tinySbS), or mysb.com? Are you running last.fm from your "myapps" menu. How far into the menu tree do you get or is this error message the first thing you get when you click on last.fm? Can you login and play last.fm from their website?

I am using this with Squeezebox Server. No, it has never worked. Immediatly after I installed it, it displayed that error. That was over a week ago. Yes, I am running LastFM from My Apps in Squeezebox Server. The error message is immediate.

Do you have your mysqueezebox.com credentials entered in the mysb.com tab on SbS > Settings? Can you, for example, play from Pandora via myapps? I suspect SbS needs your mysb.com credentials to allow connection to things like last.fm. I'm pretty sure this is true of Pandora. Anyhow, try pandora and see if that works. If you get the same message with that, this will help narrow down the problem.

Yes, Pandora works as well as my other applications. I can go directly to LastFM.com and play there as well. I cannot play from Sqeezebox Server. As the error message states Logitech is working on the issue. However, I contacted Logitech and they had not clue as what to do.

I don't think logitech is "working on the issue" as I'm not sure there is a "global" issue as I can play last.fm on my SbS just fine. But I'm sure something is wrong and it is something unique to your setup. Your mysb.com must be fine because Pandora works. What country are you in? I recall that last.fm only works if you're in the United States.

hmmm. Really odd. It is one thing for something to not work when trying to connect, but the error message you're getting is a new one to me! At this point, I'd do a couple of things. I might remove last.fm from "my apps", stop and restart SbS to insure it is gone, then add it back to myapps.

you'll need to login to mysqueezebox.com, go to "myapps" tab, click on last.fm, then there is an uninstall button on the upper rightside of page.
