Hello
I'd like to play expert+ but I haven't seen second pedal seperately. When I can expect it to be released? I don't what red ocatn pedal becasue it has diffrent feel.
btw
My drum set works fine but I must admit it's quiet noisy.

Gi ve it time. They degrade - especially if you want to go for accent notes because you have to smash the (expletive)l out of the cymbals to score them and that would only speed up the process.. I know 4 people with these sets and every single one has double hit issues on cymbals. Fortunately for them they don't really notice. They're pretty ordinary and think it's their fault. Once they improve they'll notice it. A quick trip to GH studio confirms the problem.
My yellow cymbal has gone double hit mad on this kit. I hadn't been using it much until recently again. A few days of playing of an hour or two and it's as good as dead. Double hits all over the place. Unplayable. I swapped cymbals and it's definitely the flimsy cymbal. When yellow became orange then orange notes doubled up.
Yellow is hit far more often than any other pad in GH and, yet, it's the flimsiest design on the set (along with the other cymabl). I'm also getting what you might call crosstalk every now and then. Hit orange and yellow goes too - rare but increasing. If this is like my last kit that will only get worse if I continue to play.
I undid the plastic lock nut to put in a new position (if you place it almost vertical then you can pretty much eliminate double hits but that's about as fun as making the drum noises with your mouth) and I noticed plastic shavings where the metal pin had been grating the grooves away.
So the cymbal design is definitely awful. Quality of a 2 buck toy made in China. On the first set which I return both cymbals went. I would expect the orange to go on this one too if I could actually play it without wanting to set it on fire thanks to double hits ruining everything.
$400 bucks I paid. It's currently worth about 2 bucks.
Logitech needs to take this crap off the shelves and fix it. Straight out of the box the cymbals double hit if you place them horizontally. You have to place them on a slight angle at they very least. How can that be missed in QA?
There's little point in going through warranty this close to Christmas but I'll have to do it all over again no doubt. I really just need a yellow cymbal replaced but I doubt I'll be able to get that done. If I could get that I'd be very curious to see how long it lasts.
I don't smash the (expletive)out of my drums either. After the last kit I've been vary wary and treated them with kid gloves. Didn't help.

Update for anyone thinking of getting these not convinced. My second kit is going EXACTLY the same way as the first - albeit slower.. About to go through warranty again now that the holiday season is over here. Red drum is now dropping notes (just like the first kit did). Orange cymbal is now double hitting. Yellow is on the very last notch (full vertical) and is double hitting with no more notches to go down so I can't stop it. The metal pins inside the plastic nuts fall out when I unscrew them to reposition the cymbals.
To give you an idea I get 100% note hits (before the red drum started dropping hits randomly) but I'll drop the multiplier about 40 times a song. I'm lucky to go 10 or 20 seconds without a double hit. Getting to 4x multiplier is rare. Very frustrating because I should be getting some 6 stars on expert and big scores but I'm getting awful scores even though I don't miss a single note. The whole point of the game is ruined. Logitech's double-hitting detection simply doesn't work. If they'd put some effort into making a way to upgrade the firmware rather than assuming it woul dbe perfect these drums might have been fixable.
I really am not looking forward to this warranty misery again. It's not fun.
By the way my above post "expletives" were words I don't think are considered expletives in almost any country. It was the same word and you'll hear it in PG rated TV shows - even some G ones (where I live anyway). Rhymes with rap. It just makes me look like a foulmouth which is a bit harsh.

Discontinued? Wouldn't be surprised. Like so many lethargic people I couldn't be bothered with warranty again and made do with cymbals on a funny angle etc. It was going ok. I learned to play it carefully and could even get 100% now and then. On average though I'd get a double hit twice a song or so. I could live with that to forego warranty pain. I also learned to hit the red drum harder to make sure it didn't drop notes.
Accents have always been pointless. You can hit a cymbal or pad with exactly the same power two times in a row and get 0,1 or 2 hard hits register completely randomly.
Today, however, my yellow cymbal went completely dead all of a sudden without warning. Orange cymabl works when plugged into yellow so, again, the terrible cymbal design is to blame.
I guess I could be in trouble with warranty if it's been discontinued....

Warranty call really didn't go well. They want to replace the whole **bleep** kit again. I have to ship it off and wait for it to be shipped back. Again. No simple cymbal replacement. The operator was quite rude too. Basically I get a number and get told to go away and sort it out with an online store 1000km away.
I was told the product is not discontinued however. Obviously Logitech reps aren't bothering to read this forum anymore otherwise they would have put that rumour down.
We were told that replacement parts would be coming for this kit. I guess not. I don't even have the box for this anymore. This is going to be hell. Always purchase crap like this locally. There's a lesson learned because Logitech certainly doesn't care.

For anyone else reading this, Ferzal is telling the 100% truth.
I have the Logitech Wii drum kit and it's every bit as bad as he says - but worse.
Mine requires smashingly firm hits to register at all and GHStudio evidence proves the kit is registering hits at less than HALF the intensity of a GHWT kit. Meaning accent hits are impossible, and you would need arms like Zakk Wylde to get through the yellow cymbals of a song like Dancing With Myself.
Logitech support was utterly useless and clueless to this catastrophic design flaw (NO CALIBRATION OF SENSITIVITY).
I'm stuck with a useless piece of junk, that's the bottom line. Only a Easy/Medium player could have fun with this. Anyone on Hard or Expert would immediately get angry that they can't even reach a 4x multiplier.
