Hi I have just got a s715i , amazing sound.
When I turn it on, plugged in, the LED is green for about 30 seconds and then goes amber. According to the manual the amber light should only be on whilst charging.
Is my unit faulty?

Hello highwaystar,

The only time the LED should be Orange is when the S715i is running on battery power and battery life is between 5% and 40%.  If your S715i is plugged in, your LED should always be green.  Depending on what your speaker is doing the LED may flash or be at 50% brightness.  For example,  solid green means your speaker is plugged in, powered on, and the battery is fully charged.  If the LED is slowly pulsing and green, your speaker is plugged in, powered on, and the battery is charging.  Please test your speaker in a different power outlet bypassing any power bar, extension cable or surge protector.  The S715i does come with a two year warranty.  If your problem persists, please contact Customer Care for your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.
