Battery problem Pure-fi anywhere 2

I bought the pure-fi anywhere 2 four days ago from amazon, and I have a big problem: with a full charge the battery lasts around 3 hours, less than the half of its indicate duration.  When I unpacked them I have put them on charge for around 10 hours without using them; then, the following day I played some music for around 3 hours at a normal volume level (3/4), and they were completely out of charge. I tried to reset them but nothing has changed, the battery still lasts less than 3-4 hours.

What shall I do? 

P.S. sorry for my english, I'm from Italy.

Hello Fasa11,

 

Please reset your Pure-Fi Anywhere 2 by performing the reset procedure which can be found here.  If your battery life is still short, I would recommend contacting Amazon for a replacement.  Most retail places have a 30 day exchange policy.  If you are unable to exchange it via Amazon, please contact Customer Care for your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.
