Can't get Pure-Fi Express Plus to work with my Ipod touch 4

Hi, I can't get my Pure-Fi Express Plus to work (other then the clock) or even acknowledge my Ipod touch 4. It just doesn't do anything. I have followed all the instructions and trouble solving in the "maunal" and have resetted my ipod, checked it had the most recent software update, and nothing. It just doesn't seem to work. What else can I try?

Hello Emps,

 

Make sure you are using tray A that comes with the dock.  If you have a protective case on your ipod, please remove it.  Protective cases can prevent the dock from making a good clean connection to the 30 pin connector on the ipod.
