I just bought the system today. It works great, and I'm happy with it. But one problem is that I cannot get the remote to work at all. It is fresh out of the box, with the batteries already placed in. It isn't working or responding in any way, help please?
I don't want to contact Logitech to send me a new one, and I have no clue where to get these kind of batteries.

I tried to connect my 3GS to this speaker after removing plastic tab but no result : the remote doest work at all whether with or without tab
The instruction guide said one of the reasons why remote not working is that sensor remote is being blocked but I cant find where it is as well as the way to unblock, any suggesstion ?

I had the same problem.. to get the remote to work you have to put batteries in the stereo.

You have to put batteries in the stereo and it will work. 6 AA's.
