iPod Docks

I have had a Logitech Pure-Fi Express Plus for about six months now and it used to work fine with my Iphone 3G. However, since I upgraded to an iphone 4S for christmas the dock stops playing music at random points and means I have to switch the dock on again to play music. I have tried resetting my Ipod and the dock but nothing has changed so far so any help would be appreciated.

I would try testing it with a different iPhone or iPod and see if the same problem occurs.

I have tried it with my old Iphone 3G and the speakers were fine so could it just be the new iphone isn't compatable with it or something?
