Dweeble....you are a LEGEND. You saved me from a big hassle.
Logitech's Customer Support is SHOCKING. No one on their Tech Support do not know anything. How can they call themselves Tech Support!!!
They told me to reset the unit from the button below or use another power supply. Then they said send it back to the retailer (warranty call), which was an eBay Store, Buy24-7, which has shocking service.
Awesome...love ya
Andrew

Hi,
Logitech Tech Support is not to be faulted here. Your complaint seems to be about the return service aof a retailer, something we have no control over.
As far as "fixing it" by modifying the product, Technical Support is not allowed to do that.
Logitech Customer Support for further assistance.

I have the same problem . Bought it a month back. All of a sudden battery is not charging. If I connect it to power, the power indicator is on but the battery charge ( flashing green lights) is not on. Remove the power and the batter charge indicator is red.
I have to always have it on Power!
Can I get it repaired since it has 1 year warranty! I am from Chennai, India. Where is the nearest logitech service centre?

I just had to register to say a massive Thank You to Dweeble! You are a genius!
I have had this problem for a very long time and haven't been able to find a replacement charger anywhere.
My husband also says a big thank you as now he doesn't have to buy another system for me!
Your solution worked in seconds...awesome!
