I repaired my speakers! The problem was the battery! If your speakers turn off in 2-3 minutes after charging 10000 hours... the problem isn't the wall charger, is the battery into the pure-fi anywhere speakers.
If you wanna repair your Anywhere battery problem write me to: adri.logitech@gmail.com

I have had this battery charging problem on the Pure-fy I bought 2 years ago. Since day 1 the charging unit has been "temperamental" but yesterday stopped functioning altogether.
I searched Logitech sites in Spain & UK for a replacement charger but the sites indicate that they will advise when the chargers become available.
Having read the comments on this site I have removed the plug adapter, tugged the contacts outwards and upwards, and re-assembled. Worked first time!
Thanks very much for the advice.

Hi
seem to have the same problem : power not getting to the unit; have spoken with Ltech but told that if it does not rectify on trying the reset option at the bottom its no use...
have discovered it is the charging unit - if i fiddle with the plug when in, and hold it it takes some charge... is there any other better solution?
doe Ltech provide replacement chargers FOC?

Yes, I can confirm that it is the contacts on the plug pack which were the cause of the charging problem in my case. Removed the spring and cover assembly and then had to adjust the plug pack to get the contacts to line up to charge the unit. A minor fault on what has been an excellent amplifier unit.

Can anyone confirm that the problem is with the CHARGER and not the speaker system itself?
I can confirm that my issues have been with the charger and not with the speakers themselves. We have 2 of the same docks in our house and my charger is faulty. Mine won't charge either my or my sister's dock however her charger will charge both of them. Logitech haven't responded to any of my attempts to contact them which is disappointing... Lift your game Logitech, not happy.
