Logitech pure-fi express clock/soun d issue

hi everybody, this is my problem with the logitech pure-fi since today:
the dock was now switched off for about 3 weeks, today i wanted to hear music and it happend nothing. this means in fact:
-the clock stayed black (no blinking or flashing)
-music from the line in/iphone were totally silenced
-however the phone is still charging
-the power button does not response to pushing
when unpluggin the phone the dock turn itsself into standbymode.
the shuffle/repeat reset didn't work out for me, as there was again no response
what's going on there can you help me? it can't belive hardware is going down in 3weeks of not using it!!!!

I too have just had this same problem. After plugging in my pure-fi express after a day of it being unplugged nothing happened. No clock functionality at all, no music playing through speakers, and I can't place it on standby because the the central volume knob backing light will not go out when I press it. I have tried the reset function but this does nothing.
Can someone help?
I have emailed customer support yet got no response. I can't understand why this has suddenly happened as I have had this system for a few years now and had no trouble with it in the past.
