Pure-Fi Anywhere 2 problem

I have a pure-fi anywhere 2 that does not want to play music from my ipod anymore.  My ipod works perfectly in a different speaker system.  It seems to me that the dock is not working properly.  Any suggestion on replacing or repairing?

Re: Pure-Fi Anywhere 2 problem

Hello DieHard24,

Please ensure that your ipod does not have a protective case on it.  Protective cases can prevent the connector from making a good clean connection and thus resulting in no audio.  If you are able to, please test your speaker with a different ipod.  If your problem persists please contact Customer Care for your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.

I hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
