iPod Docks

I have a Pure Fi Anywhere 2 docking station that I bought in 2009.  It worked great until recently.  The first thing I noticed was that the remote control would only work when it was very close to the docking station.  Then over this past weekend, I tried to use it and the volume started going up and down.  Following that every time I tried to increase the volume it wouldn't stay up.  Finally, the docking station stopped working altogether.  It had a full charge and yes, my ipod nano works fine on its own.  Any ideas?

Please reset your speaker.  There is a small reset button located on the bottom of your speaker.  Using a paperclip press and hold the reset button for about two seconds.  If your problem persists I would suggest contacting Customer Care for your region for further assistance and to see what options may be available to you.  If you are currently residing in North America, please feel free to send me a private message.

Sine I can no longer get the unit to turn on, will pushing the reset butto do anything when the unit is off?

I did check my messages.  If you read my initial posting you'll see that I stated that my docking station will no longer turn on.
