Pure-Fi Express Plus shut down

Hi,

I've had the Pure-Fi for just under a year. All was working fine until today when I unplugged the dock & moved it to a different room. When I plugged it back in, it wouldn't turn on. Completely dead.

I've since moved back into the previous room and it's still dead. I've tried different power ports. It's never been exposed to water, hasn't been mis-handled - was working fine until it was moved.

Warranty is valid - is there anything I should try before I make a claim?

Cheers

Re: Pure-Fi Express Plus shut down

Hello Stephlux,

I would try a fresh set of batteries in your speaker.  If your speaker powers up with batteries, it could be the AC adaptor that is at fault.  Either way, I would recommend contacting Customer Care in your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.

I hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,

The exact same thing happened to me today. Very frustrating.

Re: Pure-Fi Express Plus shut down

Hi,

Tried the batteries as suggested. Still no power. It's like the thing has just died.
Will contact regional customer care.

Is there rules for warranty claim if the dock was a gift?

thanks

S.
