Ditto with me iPod Touch 1st Gen w/ v3.1 software. The device has generated this error 3 times out of 5 when plugging it in. I tried the factory reset on the device on the 2nd error but a few days later it did it again. Also this is a two week old unit.

Hi,
Error 0E is a Dream firmware error. If resetting the Dream does not fix it, the please get the unit replaced.
