PureFi Dream, Error 0E every time i plug in iPhone, have reset twice

I can't seem to get it working again... any other hints?

Same here I plug I phone 3g 3.1 software, I phone 3gs, Ipod touch 2nd gen,  I phone 3g 2.2 version software.  Everything has a ERROR OE then everything reset the music stop playing very annoying

Ditto with me iPod Touch 1st Gen w/ v3.1 software.  The device has generated this error 3 times out of 5 when plugging it in.  I tried the factory reset on the device on the 2nd error but a few days later it did it again.  Also this is a two week old unit.

It would be nice to get some SUPPORT here... my friggin' box is a paperweight at this point.

Error 0E is a Dream firmware error. If resetting the Dream does not fix it, the please get the unit replaced.
