S715i speakers 2 minute unplugged battery life

[ Edited ]

Good evening.
I have my Logitech S715i speakers for about 3 months now, and I'm very happy with them.
However, there is one problem. Every single time I take the speakers off of the power adapter to, for instance, take them with me to the park to play some music, it shuts itself off after +- two minutes of playing music, and it refuses to turn back on again. Furthermore, the little lamp on the front glows red after you turn it back on again after it turned itself off.
The speakers play perfectly fine when they are wired to the net with the adapter, but when they're taken out, even after three days of charging up, they die after two minutes of playing music. What to do?
Thanks in advance!
Cisko

Also, is there a possibility to purchase the Pure-Fi Express Plus remote outside of America? I've lost mine and I live in Amsterdam..

*EDIT*

As for the remote, nevermind that. I found the dutch webshop!

Re: S715i speakers 2 minute unplugged battery life

Hello iCisko,

Resetting your speaker may correct your problem.  Place speaker in stand by mode, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds the power light should blink and it will power up.  If your problem persists, I would recommend contacting Customer Care for your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.  The S715i does come with a two year warranty.

I hope this helps you out.

SIncerely,

Re: S715i speakers 2 minute unplugged battery life

Hello there, good evening.

Thank you so much for the swift reply, I appreciate it.

I've reset the speaker 15 minutes ago, and it has been playing music ever since, unplugged. I think resetting it solved the problem, so thank you!
